Hi I got one ... Hi I got one shoulder mount a week ago I got 1-soulder bag, 1-shoulder mount, 1-Strap, 2-attachable Support Pads one small and one large size but there is no way to attach the large one to the shoulder mount, how did you attache it ? there is a hole but it is bigger than the screw, (Minute 2:49) the small one has a metal piece that helps to attache it but the large does not, it does not fit in, should I buy an extra piece to attach it? or is it something wrong with my product? Thanks:-)

$20! I don't know ... $20! I don't know if I should laugh, cry, or pick a fight with a RedRock sales rep. I'm pretty tempted to check this out: what other accessories did you add (ie: rods, etc). That's a pretty sick deal, and it looks really comfortable. As someone who has spent years hoisting the XL2? around, comfort is a main concern now.
